THE FLIGHTDECK EXPERIENCE
2-2½ Hour Group Events
Upon arrival, your group is divided into squadrons of 4-8 guests each. Our crew welcomes everyone, providing an overview of the experience and directing the squadrons to their first activity to begin the event agenda’s rotation. The following is the typical rotation sequence of a squadron:
Racing Experience
Classroom reviewing car controls and racing basics such as apex, racing line etc.
Three practice sessions in 3 different cars
Three Races culminating in an F1 race car
Race results and lap time review
Fighter Jet Experience
Classroom reviewing controls and maneuvers
Flight mission with carrier take-off, air-to-air combat, and 2 landings
Total score calculated for Top Gun Award contention
3 – 5+ Hour Group Events
Add Our Boeing 737 Experience to all Above
Each participant lands a huge, commercial jet airliner
Instructor in the right seat assisting
Upon touchdown, the instructor grades the landing
Awards Ceremony
Upon completion of everyone’s rotation activities, the squadron reconvenes for the event’s culmination – The Awards Ceremony. Starting with a few award certificates, such as the “NASA” Award for Flying Into Outer Space, the presentation concludes with the finale awards ceremony of the Top Gun Award Certificate and the Top Driver Award Certificate.

DO I NEED EXPERIENCE?
No experience is necessary. We teach & train you.
DO I NEED A RESERVATION?
Reservations aren’t required but highly recommended. GROUP EVENTS require a reservation.
CANCELATION POLICY
Bookings canceled 48 hours (or more) in advance will receive a full refund. Any reservation canceled with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded.
Group Event bookings require a 5 day notice for canceling.
AGE & HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Age: 10
Minimum Height: 4’ 10” (we measure)
Maximum Waist & Hips: 45” (again, we measure)
NOTE: Kids who don’t meet the minimum requirements may sit on someone’s lap.
ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive 15 minutes before your session start time.
Fighter Jet: If you miss more than 5 minutes of the classroom you won’t be able to fly and will not receive a refund.
Racing: Same thing. 5 or more minutes late.. see above.
Boeing 737: The amount of time you’re late will be deducted from your flight duration.
WHAT TO WEAR
Light, comfortable clothing is recommended. Sandals are allowed but might make using the rudder pedals or gas and brake pedals a bit more difficult.
CAN NON-PARTICIPANTS WATCH?
Yes, there is an observation area for the fighter jets, the racing and the Boeing 737.
