In this highly immersive experience students will learn important life skills about communication, collaboration and critical thinking while flying the DC-3 or DC-4 aircraft in Canada’s Northwest Territory.
Day One – Classroom & in the Air
Level 1 – Take-off, Turning, and Landing
Level 2 – Radio Comm & Navigation
Level 3 – Inclement Weather Training
Day Two – Mission Planning & Execution
Mission Briefing: The mission objectives are reviewed & tasks are assigned
Mission: Pilots fly assigned way points to different locations to deliver cargo or passengers
Mission De-brief: A review of the mission objectives and pilots’ performance with awards
