"This is way too cool! Hubby's pal got two flight certificates as the grand prize for his Christmas party at work, and he gave them to us because he is a real pilot and thinks this is child's play. Yeah for us!! And he's wrong by the way.
We went on a Sunday, last flight time at 6pm. The staff was all very friendly and cool. We wore these real "Top Gun" suits and sat in these flight simulators. I brought camera and camcorder, and took pictures whenever I had a chance. We were briefed first and were given guidelines and instructions, about 20 mins. We had a blast! we upgraded to the 70 mins. package, so we got three extra landings - night, day, and carrier.
All through the flight, there's a crew member in the control room guiding us along. That guy was so patient (black hair tall medium build) because there's this woman who asked endless, and I mean endless questions that I felt like telling her to... you know what. The chubby young man at the reception desk was very nice too, and I also must add that the lady who called to confirm the flight was great too.
Expensive, yes, but if you look at all the smiles after the flight, it is all worth it.
